Hi I am Ayla!

I live in Springfield, Oregon with my sister and a Mentally handicapped lady that we adopted. I am forestry major and enjoy fishing, camping, hiking, pretty much anything to do with the outdoors.

I have been playing online games for around 7 years off and on. I tried EQ and hated it, from there I went to Sims, then found Asheron's call. Pretty much stayed with it until WoW went retail. In between I have played DAOC, Horizons, Shadowbane, AC2, Diablo, (I know I am forgetting some) but always returned to AC until now. I think WOW has me good, and I will be here until the lights go out.

I joined Clan Zuizide around 5 years ago in Asherons Call when Sprawl kidnapped me from the marketplace and drug me over to the darkside and have not regretted one minute of it.

When WoW came out Sprawl and I discussed a guild with Axes as at that time neither Sprawl nor I wanted the responsibility of running a guild (AC Guild had 10,000 members at its peak). We choose the name Z Guild to relect back on our time in AC. We both respect Axes and knew he would make a good guild leader and we were not wrong. However due to real life stepping in Axes turned over the leadership of the Guild to Sprawl and I.

It has been a lot of fun watching our guild grow and getting to know so many new people. I am very proud of what we have became here in WoW

I just wanted to say hello to everyone and introduce myself. Most people just call me "iir" because all my chars tend to end in "iir". Thanks to everyone for the warm greeting that i received yesterday when Ayla was so kind to let me into the group.

I came to ZG looking for a group of people that would treat this game as a game and be more interested in the social interaction aspects. I look forward to doing some quests, instances and generaly having a good time. I hope to be able to contribute and help others in any way that i can.

too let you all know i have played Asherons call since about a month after retale ...

I have been in 4 groups my first was under HAHA lady rose ,the second was under staticx then we moved too enaks group... then it was clan Z....
my main chars were just the bear my tenk bower was gimped from the start and teffy bear my dagger girl my chars were not bad for AC's standered .......

Asherons call is much differnt then WOW as we had cords too every place we went in WOW there are none so i will ask alot of questions so bare with me ...

Well for my game play in WOW i like too power lvl when i can or find a good spot for XP ...

When i am ingame it's hard most times too see if someone is msging me if it's not a /t as where i am hunting there's loads of green and it's hard too see ......

last bit about my char in WOW he is lvl 21 so far he has blacksmithing and mining mining skill is 113 so far need more smelting and what not too get skill up like silver i can do that blacksmithing skill is 103 and hes a hunter with first aid skill is enough too do heavy wool bandages not high enough for silk yet thanks too ayla for helping me out when i first came too WOW

I just wanted to say a formal hello, and let yall know a little bit about me. I come from EQ, where I had 2 level 70 characters with 700 aa's between them. I was in a raiding guild that did not have mandatory raid attendance unless you were already on line. They were very "group advance" oriented. Once several characters reached level 70, the entire guild would backflag the new "recruits". It was a great way to teach the high end game to newer players and let everyone get a chance to meet each other. I played EQ for 7 years and am pretty well versed in solo and group play. I have studied my role and will continue to learn it as I advance. I have been playing WoW for 3 weeks and am currently almost level 39 and have my "Whirlwind Axe" warrior quest 2h. Im very excited about helping anyone out I can. Also, if you have any alts on around my level, I would LOVE the chance to group with some veteran players. I work full-time at the Fire Department, which allows me to occasionally play at work. During these times, however, I cannot commit to any long term crawls or raids. I do get 2 days off in between shifts so I play a great deal during those 2 days. If you have anything you'd like to ask, just shoot me a tell in game (or whisper). I'm 21, female, go to Brown University, majoring in environmental science. I've got 1 year of school left after this term, pretty excited to be done. This is the first game like this i've ever played, except for a game called Gunbound (its kinda like worms).

Ummm. I live in California mostly, but I'm in Rhode Island (ewwww) for school. Mageryman and I live together a lot of the time (<3) and its fun =)

This is only the second game of any kind that's held my attention for more than 10 minutes, and I firmly believe Otar got me hooked only so I would stop harping on his gaming time. As mentioned above a 22year-old male living in the Vancouver area. I'm a UBC student in 3rd year Civil Engineering. As such you may occasional see me whinning about "partial differential equations", and I may disappear for a while during exams.

WoW is my first MMORPG. I've been a longtime Blizz fanatic. I played Diablo2, Starcraft, and a ton of Warcraft3. When WoW came out I had to give it a shot and got hooked largely thanks to the great people I met in Z Guild.

And I need to give a shout out to Veritas (aka Warning) for inviting me way back in the days of Axes' rule.

Hello all, my name is Chaz and I'm a 19 year old gamer for life. Been playing MMORPG's since Ultima Online back in 1996 (started playing on my uncles account and was given my first account May 1997) I played that one all the way up until DAoC was released, which I played for a year on and off as a Berserker. I started playing WoW back in May 2004, when Mageryman finally talked me into purchasing it after a friend of mine had given me a demo cd - so I had an account created already, (originally a priest on a horde server). I played pretty hardcore for 2 months then had to stop playing due to my living situation. Just recently I started to log on more often and I'm starting to play again every day. Give me a shout out when you see me, because sometiems I may go for weeks without logging on School > Games. Took me a few years to learn that one, but when you start paying thousands a year for an education, really makes you think twice. LOL.

I lived in Dallas, Texas for 17 years, and I'm coming up on my third year here in Tucson next summer. I currently go to the University of Arizona, studying Phsycology and Communications, but I may switch to a Communications full major - and a minor in business accounting. Or I'll pick up two majors, communications and public relations which I'm not sure what the heck I'm going to do after college with.

Then went on to play Unreal Tourney but decided my young marriage was more important then staying in the top 5%. Which brings me to Cassandra. I am blessed with a beautiful wife who puts up with my gaming and has figured out for herself that gaming is quite fun. I've got two young kids and a cat who would like to be counted as the third. I'm 30 years old and pretend to be IT Project Manager by day. At night I'm of course....Batman.

Axes:

I'm a 33 year old married father of two boys (2 and 5), and have been playing online games since Verizon managed to stretch DSL to my house (beating cable modems by 6 months and thus getting the bid).

My rl friend (Trueblood) played AC, so I joined in with the DM expansion and played for a while on WE. Then stumbled onto Frostfell, met Ayla and Sprawl, played through the xp chain along with my wife (Trixxthered), and then joined in on the WoW hit parade.

Axes is my main alliance char, and then I have a 60 undead mage on a pvp server.

I love logging in to see 30 people online in the guild, that's a tribute to Sprawl and Ayla's attention to detail in running the Guild. I'm going "heads down" over the next month, wanting to get Axes to 60 so I can do the big instances with you all.

For the Horde, err, Death to the Horde!

San Diego born!! Spent my life going back and forth between San Diego, Redding cal *by shasta lake* and South Lake Tahoe (summers). I am now residing in Bend, Oregon. Mt Bach is OPEN!

I did the long marriage raising three kids..been single 7 years now.(im uhh 40 something I act 20 something) One is married and in the Airforce. Other two back and forth between their dad and I. He is a suckie non-gamer =p Kids are all for the horde...thats why you dont see them much. I played all blizzard stuff..omg the ears I had! Diablo retail USA-1 roxxered! I spent 5 years in U.O. didnt like any other's that I tried..sorry ac and doac peeps..but yuck =p

I spent ten years running my own mural design business. I am into things I get hurt at...like off road mt biking, boxing, relationships (oh did I say that outloud?) and in Cali I played womens football. I usually camp and fish all summer long..so not on WoW alot those few months.

I went back to school recently to finish up business and english degree's also almost done with computer science.

I just won a battle with 8 tumors and won! So I am trying to be healthy and strong again. The last year it was easy keeping me down..for rest and recovery thanks to WoW =p

So..plugging away at a boring job trying to figure out what to do with myself up here in Oregon.

Im open to the possibilities for love and a fun life..so come get me!

My name's Jerry, and I live in dry and arid west Texas. Did my time in the navy as a nuclear electrician during the first gulf war. Got out, went to college, and now have 2 degrees (electrical technology, and electronics technology), and am a licensed journeyman electrician. I also build/repair PCs and ran my own buisness doing so for about 2 years. I shut it down and went back to electrical work recently, and thats where I'm at now.

Hobby wise, I'm into all kinds of things. Sometimes I think too many things. I draw, love to read, and research just about anything that catches my attention (even making chainmail armor - so far I've made a single coif, and am working on a shirt). I picked up the guitar a little over a year ago, and I love to play it. The most recent song I've learned to play in its entierety is "Animals" by Nickelback. Currently, I'm also in the middle of writing a couple books (One fictional and one of a religious nature). I'm also fleshing out the storyboard for a comic book (I've got the first three issues storylines complete, and the character biographies finished, so not much more to do!). I also have a 71 chevelle with a 454 police interceptor, 3 speed standard tranny, and 4:11 limited slip rearend which I'm working on. Just about the only thing that gives me trouble is dating lol. Can't seem to find what I'm looking for, so I keep chugging through em. There's many more things I'm active in, but I don't want to write another novel, so on we go

I originally started online gaming with some friends, and started out playing starcraft, and eventually moved to Quake 3. While playing Quake 3, I competed in several tournaments, and although I didn't win, I placed very well After awhile I gave EQ1 a shot. I've since took on battlefield 2 and quake 4, but while playing EQ1, I met some very awesome people that I still enjoy playing with, and they're the main reason I'm here in wow now.

Names Lance, i live in the dallas texas area, i just turned 25 2 days ago, woot insurance went down!!! lol. i have my own business doing landscaping and lawn maint, hope to have 6 employees this coming year YAY!! umm i love this game haha its hard to actually get work done though when u have your own schedule =P i started playin netstorm in 97 i think it was a small game everyone knew everyone but it was alot of fun to me. i played starcraft for a while then sold all of my games because of spending to much time on the computer... and at the moment im workin on paying everything i owe off so i bought this game to give me something to do rather than partying and spending money etc... and i KNEW that WoW would consume all my free time lol, but the problem was that my gf wasnt to happy bout it so i let her create a character and next thing i knew i couldnt even play because she was playing!!! so she bought the game and now we play together =D she is pandoris-main and sum version of kimberly are her alts. as far as hobbies go when im not playin WoW i enjoy fixing things cars and well just anything and building things too. i like to go fast, i have a grand national(its a fast car that most dont know anything about =P) and i used to have a shifterkart(go kart that can go 100+mph) and hope to buy another i have 2 jetskis too. so i guss i like big kid toys =P and ya i hope to return to school one day to get a few degrees just to have them and maybe go after a phd. to get the cool Dr. title.

but thats me and my main toons are chumyro, lilsanta, chumest, and chumgue.

Hi. I've just joined the guild this week, so I really should introduce myself.

I'll start with my mmorpg background.

I started with UO, and in the 3 years I played that I was in 2 guilds. First an anti-pk guild, then a rp knighthood. I left after the knighthood morphed into an uberhuge goldfarming guild, and I got sick of EA's Customer Abuse Department for the game.

Then I played EQ for 4 years, all of that in just 1 guild.

When EQ2 came out, I and nearly the entire guild switched to that.

A few months ago, the leaders and officers of my EQ2 guild switched to WoW and joined Z Guild (three guesses who they are ). However, I'm a bit slow to leave a game, so I continued playing, in effectively an empty guild. It's because of this that I finally realized that EQ2 is alot like a glazed doughnut - appealing at first bite but not fulfilling, and easy to get sick from in quantity.

Anyway, I took a short break from online gaming, and now here I am in WoW. And so far, I'm thinking to myself "Why did I wait so long?"

Now, about my playstyle and my characters.

I consider myself a 'light roleplayer'. While I'm not about to write novels about my characters' adventures, I do try to usually keep their reactions appropriate to who they are in Azeroth. I'm also notorious for being a slow leveler (easily distracted by shiny new things ), and I suffer from Alt-itis.

I currently have 3 Alliance characters. Sice I don't know yet which one will be my main, for the time being all 3 are mains...
They are -

Telden, human mage, tailor, enchanter. A bit of a fop, he tends to care more for how a robe or staff looks than how good it is. Unfortunately, he doesn't always have the best of taste.

Edisan, gnome warrior, engineer, miner. Sometimes he mistakenly believes himself to be a gnome paladin. This is likely due to one too many explosions. Any deficiencies he may have will be corrected once he has perfected his Flangelated Ion Regigulator.

Fyliea, night elf hunter. A somewhat conceited 'tree-hugger' who's very fussy about what she hunts. Also, she refuses to consider undead a race; those unnatural abominations are beneath such dignity.

Oh, I also have 2 little hordelings, a troll shaman and a "life-challenged" rogue.

Hello,

My name is Al. I live in Milwaukee Wisconsin.
I started playing Wow when first came out a year ago. I was on the Bronzebeard server. I played for a few months and got tired of it. The problem was that I was playing it like it was Diablo. I was only worried about level grinding. I would go through a several levels doing nothing but grinding, it was very boring.

A few of my friends played EQ and decided to move over to Wow so I stared to play again. This time questing and just generally having fun with it. I am would say that I am still a newb, but I pick up new tips and tricks all the time. The only other MMO I ever played was a racing game called Motor City Online. It was one of the best racing games out there, until EA pulled the plug on the servers and shut us down.

Right now the chars that I have are a level 42 Rogue (Thecrusher) and a level 19 Priest (Spiritpaine). I would like to start doing some instances and any other fun stuff that comes up.

Other interests: motorcycles (Ducati 749s, Yamaha ysr50), jet skis (Kawi sxi)

Hello Z Guild,

I'm sure you're all curious about the enigma that is Grusch *shifty eyes*.

Ahem, to start off, you may be surprised that I'm not actually a Dwarf in real life. No, I'm not the tallest person, but I'm definately not a Dwarf. In fact this is the first Dwarf I've ever attempted to impersonate. As a long time gamer, of many RPG's, I've never really been a fan of Dwarves. So what the hell am I doing playing one? I guess it's some innate preferance I have for being the odd man out... I mean.. a Dwarf... Rogues? What? Who woulda thunk?

As I previously mentioned I do have a pretty deep running history of games I have played. This includes pretty much every large scale MMO on the market. The ones that held me for some period of time were: Ultima Online, EverQuest, Asheron's Call, City of Heroes, Dark Ages of Camelot, StarWars Galaxies... and now World of Warcraft.. dunDunDUN! In both EverQuest and Asheron's call (no, sorry I didn't play on your server, it was Harvestgain) I ran a guild called Serigherrim. Which if you are familliar with JRR Tolkiens elven language (yes, I am that big of a geek) you will know means "Blood Lords", basically.

Now a bit about my personal life, perhaps? If you're read this far, I commend you. I'm currently 23 years old and I work at a company called Radical Entertainment in Vancouver, B.C., Canada. At Radical I design video games. No I will not put your name in a game... Unless you send me compromising photographs... HA! Kidding. Aldrik, in this guild, is one of my real life best friends and though I don't get to see him much, I still love the guy. I'll do what I can to poke fun at him here or there. So if you see me comment on him, it's merely a freindly elbow-to-the-rib'ing.

Okay, I'm almost done.

Lastly I want to comment on what a wonderful guild Z Guild is. I think I've been with these guys for almost a year? (including my Haiatus, sorry guys!) I've been in MANY guilds over the years and this definately has to be one of the most fun, friendly, conscientious and considerate guilds I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of. Despite this being a silly video game, I feel that I've made friends with many of you through our ridiculous little adventures and conversations. And I have to say what an honour (noice the "ou", I am Canadian *wink*) it is to have the rank of Officer bestowed upon me. I will do my best to serve this guild and each of you, individually, who are a part of it.

Hey hey!! Let's see, about me....

I'm 24 years old, will be 25 in June. I am married to my wonderful wife of 1.5 years, and she is 13....er...23. :mrgreen:

I am originally from Mobile AL, and my wife is from Spanish Fort AL, which is right across the bay. She graduated in May of 2004 with a BS in Nursing, and I graduated in May of 2005 with a BS in Chemical Engineering. Two weeks after graduating I began my current job as a process engineer with AF&Y. We make polypropylene yarns which go into everything from La-z Boy recliners, to carpet, to weatherstripping, and socks and military wear. If it has olefin fibers in it, chances are we made it. My wife, who fortunately as a nurse can find work almost anywhere, works in the Cardiovascular Surgical ICU at a hospital in Tallahassee FL. She helps recover open-heart patients after they come out of surgery. Ok, enough about work!

We recently purchased our first house in Bainbridge. It's awesome, so nice to have a place of your own!! We have two kittens, who hopefully will grow up to be snake hunters (found one in the garage a few weeks back). We also have a Beagle named Hallie. Also, we just became first time Aunt and Uncle!!! My sister had our beautiful niece, Ella-Grace on January 10th. We take every opportunity we can to drive back to Mobile and spoil her rotten!!!

As for gaming, I started on MMO's with AC. A coworker at the time introduced me to the game and man, was I hooked. There's no telling how many nights of no sleep and going to class the next day that I had during the first few months of AC. I finally got a grip on my addiction and started playing a bit more casually. After about 2.5 years, most of the folks I knew had left, so I said goodbye to AC. I went to SWG, which kept me for a few months, but there was just too much crap with the game, and it wasn't fun for me anymore. I tried DAoC for a bit, but never could get into it. After bouncing around a bit, doing some Planetside, AO trial, EQ Trial, I finally got into the WoW stress test. Man, the addiction came back almost full force. I couldn't wait to get out of class to play. Finally retail came and I was introduced to Z Guild through Kazaam, who is no longer with us. I'm glad I met you guys though, because this is definitely one of the friendliest groups I've played with in the gaming community. I did go on several months hiatus, as I was finishing up my last year for my ChemE degree. 60-70 hour weeks spent in the lab and classrooms will definitely put a damper on gaming time! But now, I'm out and working, and try to get in WoW time as much as I can between spending time with my wife, and travelling with work.

Ok, I've rambled enough!! It's good to be back and be able to play with a good group of people!! See you all in game!! (Once they retrieve my characters!) :mrgreen:

Hello all,

My name is Paul i'm from Cleveland, Ohio. Im 27 years old and i work in a machine shop that manufactures aircraft engine parts for the government and other such companys.

I went to Film school and lets just say it didn't work out. I'm in the process of writting a Sci-Fi novel with a friend of mine. We are almost completed, hopefull by summer. We will then have to shop it around which will be the hardest part.

The only MMORPG i have played was EverQuest Online Adventures for the PS2 before coming over to WoW. I have a 60 Necromancer/Lich and a 51 Warrior on the Ferrans Hope server.

I will be getting married on Oct 14th 2006 to my Fiance Pamela, we have been together for 5 years.

I also would like to thank you for inviting me to the Z Guild.

Hi, my name in real life is the same as my character, Kesira. I've been playing WoW for about 4 months now and love it very much. I played AC1 on the server Thistledown since 2002 (on my Dad's account). I never joined a guild because I'm mostly a solo player.

I am a level 33 priest and I have never grouped with anyone or PvP. I never tried PvP which is why I'm on this server. I'm pretty much just tired of being lonly reading general chat in my window. So if your guild is PvP, I'm sorry to waste your time. :\

I took fishing when I started and there are fishing schools all over. I already have my mount paid for because of that! =) I'm really proud of that. Now I have to get to level 40 to ride it. ack!!!

Anyway, that's all I can think of. Hope to be in your guild soon! =)
