Z Guild raiding

It is my intetion to rebuild z-guild's raiding. I would like to know who among the guild is interested in raiding. Current memebers that would like to raid please post best time day for you and what you would like to present for raider(.

This is not a sign up nor a requirement, just a place to start in the rebuilding. We have put alot into this guild, those of us that have been here ...forever and those that have come along as time has passed, I don't think its time to allow the our guild to pass away.

I've been juggling 3 jobs these last few months--- but I'll be down to 2 as of next week. My Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights should be free finally.

First, The guild may go through a quiet phase, but there's nothing in the game that would compel Z to pass away.

Second, I'm glad Storm has made this post. I think we have an opportunity to resurrect interest in raiding with the 4.2 launch on Tuesday. There's new 10 mans opening up and outdoor bosses which will provide some flexibility ( apparently you can kill in any order ). I'm hoping we can get some Thurs/Fri/Sat interest ( let's say 6 PM server ) to get a group to get in there.

Take a look at videos and don't lock yourselves out early in the week and let's see how much interest we can collect this week.

I think we had the best results on saturfay nights, friday nights and even on sunday during the day -- I am open to modifying that, I think folks want to do real life mainly friday night is the common night for real llife so thursday night might be a good alternative... Be thinknig about it I am awaiting a response from Ayla but we can at least talk before the possibility of recruiting and starting....

The other thing to keep in mind is if find a core group that's even 5 or 6 people we can pug a few strays.

I know if i'm pugging raids I'd rather hook up with a guild group that needs a few bodies to keep going.

And personally unless we creep back into 25 man full guild runs I would say keep it to all rolls for loot. that way everyone has a level playing field for the items they want.

1st 10 that sign up are the ones that go, after that you get a spot if someone leaves the group.

Just some random thoughts. I wanted to get out there

Hey gang, sorry for the delayed response, been away for work all weekend.
Thanks Storm for trying to organize our sorry butts I'll definitely go when available, but with summer being our busy season, and trying to build our new home, sleep is also in high demand but short in quantity.
Hopefully we can get to see the new content all together, i'll sign up for what i can.

I'm interested in raiding with Z, I put Bryndin in Dark Reckoning to see what that was like and it's predictably not super great. If there were a regular raiding I would be down to be a part of it either tanking, healing, or dpsing. I will say that over the last few weeks we failed to get more than one or two raids out in many nights of trying, and I understand there was a pretty long period before that where raids were generally spotty as well.

I support the idea of trying to build and recruit around raiding, and it's easiest to do that around a fixed schedule. It should be pretty easy to attract players given our guild level. I would advocate for us continuing to recruit players who are mature and interested in the social rules of our guild, though- one of the things that has always set Z apart from the rest of the "gaming world" is that you can generally trust that in Z Guild, people will act like mature adults and not spoiled teenagers...

My schedule is: M-Th after 7 but before 11 is best, F-Sun is really hard and evenings are still best.

I'm still leveling up, and I'm not sure what my long-term plans are; however, I might be down to start raiding again at some point. The next couple of weeks at work will be telling of how much time I'll really have this summer. If I was to get back into raiding, I would find weeknights easier during the summer.
