The guild bank funded repair feature has been in the game for quite a while, but we have never used it before. Obviously there are opportunities of exploit, and those need to be taken into consideration, but for the first time, on Friday the 10th, the second Friday of the month, the guild bank will shoulder your raiding repairs!

Okay, so not quite. Rather than use the guild bank repair functionality, a fixed 50 gold will be sent to all ontime raiders (prorated based upon normal point handout) on Friday, July 10th, for the 7 PM Ulduar-25 man raid! Show up, raid, and it costs you nothing*!

The obvious goals will be to promote a strong raiding night, perhaps some progression, and alas, a carefree raiding experience. Should these goals be met, perhaps a new tradition should be made! Perhaps...

Formally known as "Adopt-A-Newb" night, Alt night has evolved to a new level in Wrath of the Lich King. Very few true "n00bs" exist, and instead, every other Tuesday is Alt Night. As the name implies, on July 7th, it is time for everyone to play alts, all at the same time!

Get off that level 80 character! Roll that new alt that you've always wanted to play. Group up to destroy those dungeons you've never achieved. And if we can't encourage you to log off that main, instead help the rest of the guild level their alts. It isn't all about raiding!

That is right, it is time for another Z Guild PvP tournament but this time, we will be doing it jousting style! You know that Argent Dawn tournament you have been grinding as a daily? Well it is time to pit your jousting skills against your friends and compete for prizes worth up to 2000 gold!

We were five short, but we didn't care; it was time to destroy Flame Leviathan on Hard Mode with one tower up!

Okay so we wiped at 1% again, but who was really watching? We nailed Hard Mode and all got an extra badge of Conquest for our troubles.

We suck at taking pictures, so I stole our old one from a few months ago.

With a few new/old friends, we returned to Heroic Ulduar 25-man after canceling due to attendance reasons last weekend.

First, we destroyed Heroic Flame Levithan, Razorscale, and Ignis each on the first shot and in approximately an hour. We then went to face the Deconstructor, and we one-shotted him too! We pressed on to Kologarm, and after three shots, he too fell for the very first time. Good work!

The guild used the weekend that Sprawl took off to boldly advance where no Z Guilder has gone before in Ulduar-10. They defeated both Hodir and the Assembly of Iron.

This weekend, we repeated the same progress and took it a step further by defeating Thorim! This time, we even get a real picture with our new foe turned friend.

We have tried for numerous weeks now to schedule a Heroic 25-man Emalon over in Winterrgasp, however, as luck would have it, every single time, the Horde would control the pvp mosh pit.

Finally this weekend, the stars aligned and the Alliance controlled Wintergrasp during our scheduled raid hours. After a few attempts, and a few healers logging in, we dropped Emalon right as he went into berserk.

Yep, I stole a picture from another guild's site. We forgot to take a picture, again!

We were short one person, but we decided to at least take down the Heroic Flame Levithan for free epic loots. We did so well that we decided to continue on...

Razorface fell to our might pretty easily, so we figured, why not try something new? We not only destroyed Heroic Ignis and his Tummy Kettle of Doom, we pretty much rocked the trash and cleansed that annoying fire debuff for the first time ever as well!

After two weeks of nerfs on Ignis, we manage to finally drop him in 10-man mode. Now this may sound like no big feat, but this fight is way harder then it should be, even still.

Nice job clearing out the first four bosses. Technically at this point, we have cleared five 10-man bosses, and we should be dropping more next week

We were a bit short on the healing, surprise, but we went in and faced Heroic Flame Leviathan and Razorscale. We really pulled it together nicely on Razorscale, great job!

But don't think that doesn't mean we don't all need to work on gearing up and preparing for the new fights. Deconstructor wiped the floor with us. Prepare for him again next week!
